Renua Medical offers dedicated technical support and assistance with Renua Medical medical devices and associated software/ hardware installations via the Internet. Software patches and updates can be installed on your computer via remote access (internet required).
Our dedicated technical support staff is available by email Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

You must be in front of your computer for technical support as we may need your input and assistance. If you are not able to be in front of the computer, you will then have to send a detailed email to support@renuamedical.com describing the issue or matter of your request.
