The I M µA Brainwave Synchronizeris a valuable tool in today’s fast-paced world; a beneficial personal treatment device for the busy person, under pressure, on-the-go. Its function is primarily for self-application and to supplement in-office use of the I M μA Clinical System. 

 

Effective in treating the physical symptoms of stress, relieving nervous anxiety, addressing the causes of sleep disorders; and may be used for relief from certain chronic pain issues such as tension headaches. The Synchronizer engages the patient in pro-active self-care which can have profound psychological benefit. 

 

This instrument was developed for use as Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) for neurological applications and to further promote the psychological relief when pain and stress are reduced. Cranial Electrotherapy is known to be effective in alleviating physiological symptoms of anxiety, depression and insomnia. It has also been used within a treatment regime for migraine headaches, and has been found to be beneficial as an adjunctive measure during drug withdrawal, alcohol rehabilitation, and for PTSD. It can be used to help improve nerve conduction, to enhance Nervous System circulation, and to promote the “relaxation response.” While traveling, especially through wide-ranging time zones, it is an excellent tool when used to reduce or eliminate "jet lag." It is thought to reestablish Circadian Rhythms to normal cycles, and help restore overall energy balance, thereby promoting mental clarity, especially when combined with “Calming Techniques.” 

 

This small, lightweight unit provides a comfortable, convenient and reliable method of administering gentle micro-currents in feedback-modulated impedance-controlled trans-cerebral stimulation. It is a device you can trust to safely engage brainwaves to produce Alpha Frequency modulation (8 – 13 cps), those waveform patterns associated with a relaxed mental state.
